Vice Chancellor of Moi University visited CIMU

On April 19th, 2018, Prof. Isaac Sanga Kosgey, Vice Chancellor of Moi University, visited Confucius Institute at Moi University (CIMU) and talked with CIMU directors and teachers.

A short meeting was held and chaired by Prof. Peter Simatei - Director of CIMU, Chinese Director - Huang Peixi and all CIMU teachers attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Chinese Director Huang Peixi first made a brief introduction about CIMU and its past work, he also gave a brief report about CIMU’s 2018 work plan.

Prof. Isaac Koskey affirmed what had been achieved and expressed support for the construction and further development of CIMU. He stressed that he attached great importance to the cooperation between Donghua University and Moi University, and the opening of Confucius Institute courses also brought new vitality to the cultural exchange between Kenya and China.
After the meeting, Prof. Isaac Koskey accepted CIMU’s interview and took a photo with all the members of CIMU under the national flags of the two countries.
